This policy explains the personal-data processing connected with enquiries to James J Projects, in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights.

What data is received?
The data you voluntarily send by email, such as your name, contact details, business information and the contents of your enquiry. If a contact form is added in the future, the data entered in that form will also be received. This site does not currently provide a contact form.
Why and on what legal basis?
The data is used to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote when requested. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and, where appropriate, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long is it kept?
Data is kept for the time needed to deal with the enquiry and prepare the requested quote. If a contractual relationship begins, it is kept for the legally required periods. It may also be retained for the time needed to address possible liabilities.
Who receives the data?
The email provider receives the data needed to operate the mailbox. GitHub Pages hosts this website. Data is not sold or disclosed to other recipients unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
