The same profile,
before and after

Before they reach your website, people see you on Google. That panel with the map beside it is the first thing a customer judges. In eight out of ten neighbourhood businesses it still shows hours from two summers ago and three blurry photos somebody else took.

Example business. What changes is not the design: it is that the hours are true, that you took the photos yourself, and that the reviews have been answered.

About these photos: the four on the right are ordinary photographs. The two on the left are two of those same photographs, darkened and blurred on purpose — a neglected profile does not have different photos, it has these ones taken badly. Nothing here is computer-generated.

And I show you how to answer the next ones yourself in ten minutes, because a review answered three weeks late is worth less than one answered the same evening.
